Dr. Vivian Mohr, COO of OCP Business Area, as of 1 February 2022

Hamburg, November 25, 2021 – Bauer Media Group’s (BMG) online comparison Business Area was established in 2016. Since then, BMG has been pursuing a clear expansion strategy to build a leading pan-European OCP business. To accelerate this ambition, BMG has created the new position of COO for the OCP Business Area, and has recruited an industry expert for this role in Dr. Vivian Mohr. Vivian will join Bauer Media Group on February 1, 2022.

After post-doctoral positions at Cambridge University and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Vivian joined the Swiss publishing group NZZ, where he managed, among other things, the spin-off of the regional audio and TV activities into a new all-Swiss joint venture. Finally, he took over the restructuring and integration work there as Chief Integration Officer. Today, Vivian Mohr is in charge of HR, Business Development, Finance, User Consulting and Agile Operations at Comparis -- Switzerland's leading comparison platform.
