Subject to the Purchase Order applicable to you, the following General Terms and Conditions for Procurement (“GTC”) form the basis for all deliveries of goods as well as the provision of services and work products between you and the respective company of Bauer Media Group.

Documents to download:

• If you are contracting with, or have received a Purchase Order from a German legal entity of Bauer Media Group (e.g. Heinrich Bauer Verlag KG, Bauer Global Technology GmbH), the following GTC shall apply:
  • Bauer Media Group General Terms and Conditions for Procurement (GTC) (as of February 2025)
  • Bauer Media Group Allgemeine Einkaufsbedingungen (AEBs) (as of February 2025)
     
• If you are contracting with, or have received a Purchase Order from a Polish legal entity of Bauer Media Group (e.g. Wydawnictwo Bauer sp. z o.o. sp. j.), the following GTC shall apply:
  • Bauer Media Group General Terms and Conditions for Procurement (GTCP) Poland (engl.) (as of March 2025)
  • Polish version: Grupa Bauer Media Ogólne warunki zamówień (as of January 2025)
