Board
Yvonne Bauer is the Owner and Chair of the Board of Bauer Media Group, where she steers the company's domestic and international operations in its fifth generation of family ownership. She assumed control of the company in 2010, following in the footsteps of her father, Heinz Bauer. Prior to this, she held various positions within Bauer Media, including the German advertising and sales departments.
Vivian Mohr is COO of Bauer Media Group, overseeing the Audio, Publishing, Outdoor, and Corporate Center Functions. He joined Bauer Media in 2022 as CFO, later becoming COO of the Online Comparison Platform business, before being appointed President Audio in 2023. With over a decade of hands-on leadership experience, Vivian is known for driving transformational change and delivering results. He has a strong track record of enhancing operational and financial performance across turnarounds, mergers, and strategic growth initiatives.
Michael Davie is Group CFO at Bauer Media Group. In this role he leads the Finance, Procurement and M&A functions and partners with the Chair of the Board, the COO, and the wider Executive Team to drive capital allocation, strategy, and transformation across the business. With over 20 years of media sector experience across the UK and Germany, Michael has a strong track record in cross-border leadership, major transactions, and modernizing finance functions.

Tina Sany-Davies is Group General Counsel at Bauer Media Group, leading the company's global Legal & Governance Function and serving on the Group Leadership Team. A seasoned and pragmatic leader, Tina has held pivotal roles including Chief Compliance Officer, Group Deputy General Counsel, and Senior VP Legal & Governance for Audio. Across these positions, she has built a strong track record of shaping high‑performing legal teams, strengthening governance frameworks, and guiding the business through complex strategic and regulatory landscapes.
Svenja Dimke is Senior VP of People at Bauer Media Group. She leads the Global People Team, driving initiatives that enable growth and long-term success for the company. As an international management strategist with 20 years of HR experience, Svenja has a strong track record of leading people functions across multiple geographies.
Ingo Klinge is President of Publishing at Bauer Media Group. He also serves as CEO of Publishing Germany. Working closely with all publishing markets across the Group, Ingo drives the strategic transformation of Bauer Media's publishing business – strengthening cross-country collaboration, maximizing the value of print, and building a sustainable digital business.
Simon Myciunka is President of Audio at Bauer Media Group and the CEO of Audio UK. He has built his career around driving growth in fast-moving and evolving media businesses, with a strong focus on media, direct-to-consumer competition models, transformation, and technology. Simon is passionate about harnessing innovation and digital capability to deliver meaningful transformation, strengthen audience engagement, and unlock new commercial opportunities across audio.
Justin Cochrane is President of Outdoor and CEO Outdoor UK, overseeing Bauer Media Outdoor operations across 12 European markets. With over 20 years of experience in the outdoor sector and a background in finance, he has focused on driving digital out-of-home expansion and innovation in the provision of public infrastructure to position BMO as one of Europe's leading out-of-home media and infrastructure companies.
