Hamburg/Tallin/London, 3 June 2026 – Bauer Media Group today announced it has completed the sale of its Outdoor businesses in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to MM Grupp. MM Grupp is an Estonian private equity company with a long-term presence in the media and advertising sector, including its established outdoor platform Mega Meedia in Estonia.

Justin Cochrane, President Outdoor and CEO Outdoor UK, Bauer Media Group, said: “This strategic decision has been made with a clear focus on setting the business up for long-term success. We believe the Outdoor businesses will benefit from a new owner with a dedicated regional focus, the ability to operate at regional scale, and deep local expertise.”

Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
