Bauer Media Outdoor Netherlands acquires network partner 2C
Hamburg/Hoofddorp, 21 July 2025 – Bauer Media Outdoor (BMO) today announced an important strategic step in further strengthening and future-proofing its network. The acquisition of network partner 2C will enable Bauer Media Outdoor to directly manage contracts with more than 60 municipalities. This investment will provide greater stability, increased efficiency, and enable further digital Out of Home expansion within these contracts.
While BMO’s network, consisting of over 20,000 classic panels and 800 digital screens, remains unchanged, the acquisition means that a significant part of the network is now fully owned by Bauer Media Outdoor. This underlines the long-term vision to continue investing in quality and continuity, with a clear focus on digital growth.
