WeNet to acquire the Semergy Group from Bauer Media in Poland
Hamburg, 8 January 2024 – The WeNet Group, the largest provider of online marketing solutions in Poland, and Bauer Media Group today announced that WeNet has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Semergy Group from Bauer Media. The Semergy Group is focused on providing SEO services to Polish business customers.
The Semergy Group operates as five digital marketing services agencies; Sunrise System, Artefakt, GrupaTENSE, Semahead, and Widzialni.pl. Together they provide a range of services including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay per click (PPC), content marketing, web analytics and social media, to small and medium sized (SME) businesses across Poland.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
The financial details of the transaction are not disclosed.
