Change Manager (f/m/d) / Poland

For our Publishing business in Poland, we are looking for a Change Manager (f/m/d) based in Warsaw.

In this new role for our company, you will be coaching leaders in tried and tested methods of maintaining engagement through change, create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of new technologies within a new operating model while minimizing resistance to change.


  • Collaborate with transition team members on integrating change management into their project plans
  • Apply change management processes and tools to support adoption of the changes required by projects and change initiatives
  • Collaborate with Communications function to support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications, recognizing that the Communication function is leading this aspect of change
  • Identify, conduct impact analyses, and assess change readiness of key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Identify, analyze, prepare, and—where appropriate—own implementation of risk mitigation
  • Anticipate and manage resistance
  • Lead or consult and coach interdisciplinary project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Engage and support senior leaders
  • Support definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Identify, track, and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress


  • University degree, preferably in psychology, sociology, pedagogy or another discipline complementary to the role
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and native speaker of polish
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
