Antitrust authorities approve acquisition of COSMOPOLITAN, JOY and SHAPE
Zug/Munich/Hamburg, 12 June 2012 – There is nothing more in the way of the Bauer Media Group taking over the magazines COSMOPOLITAN, JOY and SHAPE. The antitrust authorities have approved the merger plans as anticipated.
The transaction encompasses 100 per cent of the German Premium Magazines AG, located in Zug, Switzerland, and 100 per cent of the Munich-based MVG Medien Verlagsgesellschaft mbh&Co.
